The Patriot Award

At our monthly toast, one of our employees, Brendon Page, who is an active duty Army National Guard, presented his manager Brad Parsel with an ESGR Patriot Award. These awards are given out to organizations and specifically direct supervisors of National Guard or Reserve members, who strongly support them. 

The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.
